I think the greenbelt carrying over on to the board works well here, however I'm not sure about the surrounding neighborhood outlines filling the space behind the smaller site maps.
Also, I can manipulate parts such as the key on the left side for consistency (fonts, etc.)
the key below and the graphic itself is not the one to be used it is just a filler to get the idea of things coming together. I just didn't want you to spend time on the key b/c it will change.

This is good, seeing things together.
